But Vimes was not that kind of woman, and so she thought that perhaps Lobsang had tucked a flower in his buttonhole, against his wishes (oh, that man made her get all metaphoric sometimes, despite her better impulses).
"It will all happen again," she said to him, and the policeman grunted -- she thought it was agreement.
