Tomoyo is holding out a flower and Sakura is gazing over the petals into Tomoyo's eyes, which are filled with something too fine to decipher, and she's remembering all the times that Tomoyo has stuck by her and wondering why Tomoyo is giving her the corsage, rather than Syaoran.

There is a certain smile on Tomoyo's lips and Sakura is beginning to understand. She takes the flower anyway.
