Summary: Double-drabble. Words weren't important in their relationship, but that doesn't mean the special ones weren't treasured.

Words were words. Yukito didn't put much stock by them. Actions meant so much more. Words were for pleasantries, how are you's and shall we go's. The important things were done.

He didn't fret when the friendship he had with Touya became more, little by little, from studying time to cuddling time, until he found it strange to walk down the hallways at the school without Touya's hand in his, strange to go home to a house bereft of Touya. Touya never said that anything was different, but Yukito trusted his slight smiles and his soft kisses and his warm hands. Touya had given everything for him once.

And wasn't it amazing when Yukito could give back, when Sakura's powers were enough that by simply being close to Yukito, Touya slowly gained back his magic? Yukito made an effort to be with Touya on his mother's birthday. Actions spoke louder than words.

Words weren't important in their relationship, which was a good thing, because it took four years and moving in together before Touya could lean over one morning and whisper in Yukito's ear, "I love you."

That's when Yukito learned that, while words were unimportant, sometimes they meant everything.
