Summary: Kaho is amused by Eriol and Yamazaki's picture books. Drabble and a half.
"It's another letter from Yamazaki-kun," Eriol said, clearly pleased. He slit the envelope and read for a moment.
"It says here that he's got an idea for our next novel."
Kaho smiled and listened to the premise. Ridiculous, as always, but somehow it worked.
"Who would have thought his playful lies would be so profitable in the end?" Eriol asked. Kaho laughed.
"Can't argue with sales," she said. The Yamazaki- and Hiiragizawa-written picture books were on the children's bestseller lists consistently. "I assume you're doing the illustrations again?"
"Looks like. Would you like to be the princess or the wicked witch in this one?" he asked playfully. She considered.
"The witch, I suppose," she replied.
"But you're such a beautiful princess," he replied. She lifted a hand and ran it through his hair.
"I don't need rescue anymore. I have what I need right here," she replied, and he smiled.
"Can I be the princess?" Nakuru asked, and cheerfully her creator agreed.

FF.N is called the pit of voles for a good reason. D:

I figure that when someone discovers all the horrid old songfics I wrote, I'll get banned. And that's the lazy woman's way to close the ff.n account.

xD That's pretty much how I closed mine. It's a shame because I think FF.N has the widest audience of any medium.
