Her sarcasm is always elaborate and ridiculous. When asked if she had finished the milk, Kaho replies, "Of course not; the milk eloped with the sugar and they forgot to send us a wedding invitation."
Eriol had been fancying some tea with milk in it but instead he pounced on his girlfriend and tickled her until she screamed with laughter.

They loved to garden together. Eriol tended roses with the care of a father for his children, and Kaho carefully cultivated tomatoes that were juicy and sweet.
He gave her roses, carefully pruned from his bushes, and in return she handed him a tomato, laughing. Later on, he placed it at his bedside table, carefully rinsing the remaining parts of stem, and though she giggled again she was touched by his care.

"And what if they're right and we shouldn't marry?" Eriol asked glumly, putting his face in his hands. "Physically, I am only sixteen, you know."
"So?" Kaho said, reaching out and squeezing his hand. She took his hand and pressed it to her heart.
"Like Sakura would say, this is what matters," she said, and he couldn't stay sad after that.

... Sakura is a real sweetheart, just like Clow thought she would be. It's going to be hard to deceive...
Kaho looked at both of her letters and sighed heavily. Who should she write back to first, the puppet master or his puppet?
She hadn't known it would be this hard until she had both letters in front of her, Sakura's innocence spilling from the page.

She wasn't sure why it seemed she only dated younger men. Any psychologist would expect the opposite, since her father left at such an early age.
But then again, it was their hearts she loved, not their bodies, and both of their souls were much older than her. They had those child smiles and those antique hearts, and she found it irresistable.
