Home to You (Tomoyo/Meiling)
Title: Home to You
Length: 196 words
Prompt: music meme: 07. "Til We Ain't Strangers Anymore," Leann Rimes and Jon Bon Jovi
Pairing: Meiling/Tomoyo
Other: PG for sexual themes
Excerpt: Her girlfriend fell into bed with a relieved sigh, and Meiling curled around her from behind, resting a hand firmly on her stomach.
It felt like years since Tomoyo had been in Meiling's bed. Probably because this was so new. They'd scarcely had a week before Tomoyo had gone out on assignment to England to do a news segment on flooding there. It was amazing how swiftly Meiling had gotten used to her presence in the house, her perfume on the pillow.
Her girlfriend fell into bed with a relieved sigh, and Meiling curled around her from behind, resting a hand firmly on her stomach. Tomoyo stretched languidly and then turned in Meiling's arms. She started with a slow kiss, and when they broke, she smiled.
"I missed you," she said.
"I missed you more," Meiling said.
"It was very lonely in England," Tomoyo said. "I didn't even have time to sit down with Eriol for tea."
"Less talk," Meiling whispered in her ear, running soft kisses around Tomoyo's collarbone. Tomoyo made a low, satisfied noise and her hand rose to stroke Meiling's breasts. Her touch was so familiar and right that Meiling almost cried. How could she stand to go away from her, ever?
"Next time I'm coming too," she said, and Tomoyo kissed her.
