Summary: Eriol's security system is a little off the wall, and Kaho isn't sure she likes it. Drabble.

He had a gargoyle in his garden bespelled to warn him of intruders. Of course, its jaw fastening on the hand of anyone who invaded his property was warning enough.

It was a bit of a headache when it got the substitute postman, who was silly enough to step off the path to get a good look at Eriol's bird bath, but Kaho was able to hold him there long enough for Eriol to get home and sort it all out.

After that, she looked at him firmly and made him promise not to bewitch anything inanimate into life again.
