He never knew; I never told him. I very carefully pushed his buttons and manipulated his feelings, and he never knew mine.

I can't tell him now, can I? He looks too happy.

He makes her happy much more than I could, in any case.

Then why is it, reading my English homework, that I have come across one man's wise words-- "True friends stab you in the front"-- and have had to stop reading, close the book, and find my videos of Sakura?
