Excerpt: "I think Shizuka looks lovely," she said. Watanuki turned to her in disbelief.
"I don't know why it bothers you. You knew I'd dressed like this before," Doumeki said, his voice cool.
Watanuki continued to gape in horror. "But-- but--" he said, dissolving into incoherence. Himawari just smiled.
"I think Shizuka looks lovely," she said. Watanuki turned to her in disbelief.
"He's a boy!" he said to her, as if she needed reminder. She cocked her head to one side and just grinned at him. After a moment, Doumeki's gaze wandered over as well. Watanuki began to feel... bothered.
"You know, Kimihiro would--"
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH," Watanuki said, turning around, but Doumeki caught him by the collar.
"Quit complaining," he muttered in his ear. Watanuki blushed and took the kimono that Doumeki handed him.
"You look good in blue," Himawari said, encouraging, and Watanuki sighed.
"You owe me," he said to Doumeki, glaring balefully, and left to put it on.
