Keroberos, guardian of the Seal under the sun and his mistress Sakura (and formerly his master Clow), had gotten away with a lot of questionably problematic things in his time. Rarely had his ability to shoot fire from his mouth helped. Mostly, it was because he was generally small and cute and so full of himself that one felt bad bursting his bubble.

And most of the time Tomoyo felt the same way, but this time, Kero had gone too far.

"You have to return my tapes, Kero!" she said, banging on the door. A certain golden-furred lion whimpered.

"KERO!"

He wondered how far he would get if he burst out of the room and starting running. Somehow, he suspected, it wouldn't be far.

If only he could remember where he'd put those tapes...
