"I don't know why it's so fascinating," Nita said, laughing, as Kit's eyes grew wide. He almost seemed afraid to touch the sword that she held carefully sheathed in her hands. "We've seen the Treasures, after all."
"Yeah, but this... Neets, didn't you ever want to be a knight when you were little?"
"Nah," Nita replied, shrugging, "that was Dairine's bit. Are you going to help me with this or not?"
Kit didn't hesitate to nod, his hands closing over hers. Between the two of them, any number of swords could be pulled free from stones.
