Playing Pirates (Elizabeth & Eriol gen)
Title: Playing Pirates
Crossover: Pirates of the Caribbean
Length: 224 words
Prompt: icon meme: Elizabeth Swann/Eriol
Pairing: Eriol and Elizabeth gen
Other: n/a
Excerpt: "You're too young to go alone," she started to say, and he just looked at her calmly with those big blue eyes and she wanted to shiver.
This boy was much too young to be playing pirate, Elizabeth thought. But there was something old in his smile, and it creeped her out. She had the feeling that the little Asian boy was much older than he appeared. She knew what magic was-- still sometimes woke dreaming about the flesh falling off of skeletons, of bones in the moonlight-- but she wouldn't admit that it was a possibility here. She buried those memories best she could and went on. Except when she encountered people like... him.
"You're too young to go alone," she started to say, and he just looked at her calmly with those big blue eyes and she wanted to shiver. But she wouldn't. She was Pirate King, after all. This was her ship. If she didn't want the Chinese boy to ship with them, she wouldn't let him. Why he didn't search out reputable transportation, she didn't understand. Where were his parents, anyway?
"Thank you for allowing me passage, Mrs. Turner. Or would you rather be Miss Swann, still?" the boy said, and her throat caught. Now she knew who he looked like. His eyes were black and the way he moved... he could be a young Jack Sparrow.
Her shiver was visible. His grin widened. He kissed her hand and she didn't charge him for the passage.

Do you think Eriol looks like Jack Sparrow? I wasn't under that impression either.
